Before anyone could respond...
Another car stopped outside.
A military vehicle.
Two uniformed officers stepped inside.
Behind them...
An elderly four-star general entered the school.
Every teacher immediately stood.
The principal saluted.
The general walked directly toward the girl.
Without hesitation...
He hugged her.

The bullies stared in disbelief.
The general turned toward them.
"I served beside her father."
"He died saving my unit."
He slowly looked around the room.
